Bio
Abigail Weaver offers an inquisitive mind as a writer, researcher, and editor who acts with tenacity to ensure the utmost quality of work whether in the publishing, marketing, or academic field. With prior experience as a publishing and transcription editor, and now a teaching assistant, she strives to enhance her abilities in the literary and academic community through her work. With works in various outlets from the journal of Fashion, Style, & Popular Culture (accepted Feb 2026) to The Collegian, Abby aims to continue pursuing higher education and build her inventory of works. She can often be found weightlifting, wrangling dogs, or reading when not at work.
With two Bachelor's degrees from Colorado State University, one in Journalism and Media Communication and the other in History with an English minor, Abby is currently continuing her education at the University of Northern Colorado for her Master's degree in English. From there, her aim is to continue working as an editor and writer, pursue publication, and become a professor someday.
Considering how much of her time, money, and shelf space goes to books, comics, or video games, it’s only proper that she enters the field with the goal of having her own works in global bookstores and helping others in the same pursuit.

Prior to college, she was a multi-sport athlete, but now chooses to weightlift and kickbox. ​
